Welcome to AnyDocAI. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle, process, and protect your personal information, local files, and metadata when using the AnyDocAI mobile applications and associated backend services.
Our guiding design philosophy is to minimize unnecessary remote data processing and keep your intellectual property secured under your direct ownership.
Information We Collect 02
To provide token balances, authentication, and push notifications, we access the following information:
- Google Account Identity: Your email, full name, and profile picture URL are collected when you register and sign in via Google OAuth.
- Device Information: We store a secure Device ID hash to limit promotional credits and prevent token abuse.
- Token Ledger: We record your current token balances, dynamic character-based usages, and purchase histories.
On-Device Storage vs. Backend Sync 03
We leverage local database structures to optimize document security:
- Local Database: Imported files, custom folders, and AI chat transcripts are stored locally on your device in a secure SQLite structure.
- Cloud Syncing: Documents and folders are synchronized with our secure database to enable multi-device recovery, linked securely to your Google Account.
- Local Data Control: You can completely clear all local chat history using the options provided on the Settings screen.
AI Processing & Token Wallet 04
AnyDocAI relies on secure APIs to execute key takeaways, summaries, and smart flashcard generation:
- Document Vectorization: Summaries and flashcards are generated by securely transmitting document excerpts to our backend LLM processor. These files are processed transiently and are not saved for AI training purposes.
- Character-Based Billing: Each dynamic request deducts tokens from your wallet based on the length of input characters processed.
- Startup Promotions: A one-time credit of 1,000,000 free tokens is credited upon registration, limited strictly to one allocation per unique mobile device.
User Responsibilities 05
When importing and using documents with AnyDocAI, you agree to the following terms:
- Content Rights: You must ensure that you own the uploaded PDF files or possess clear legal right, authorization, or license to process them.
- No Illegal Content: The app must not be used to process copyrighted materials without consent, confidential trade secrets, or illegally obtained files.
- Backend Safety: AnyDocAI reserves the right to suspend accounts attempting to upload malicious payloads, code injections, or prohibited materials.
